As a past volunteer firefighter for 22 years, Kirk has developed and maintained the largest book of emergency service business in the state of New Jersey.  

Kirk was a graduate of Florence High School (1987). He began his insurance career with New Jersey Manufacturers and spent 10 years with the company before moving over to the independent agency business. He joined the Madera Agency which was later acquired by Bollinger. He then joined Commerce Insurance for a short term before joining Nottingham Insurance as a commercial producer in 2001.  

An avid boater, Kirk lives in Florence with his wife Danielle and has three grown daughters.
